Every Child Deserves The Opportunity To Achieve Their Full Potential
WINGS provides individualised intensive therapy and neurodevelopmental rehabilitation for infants, toddlers, children, teenagers, and young adults with a wide variety of developmental and motor concerns.
By blending Intensive Model of Therapy (IMOT) therapeutic methods (such as DMI & Suit Therapy) with technologies (such as robotic-assisted gait training, functional electrical stimulation (FES), Non-Invasive Spinal Electrical Stimulation (NISE-Stim), and whole-body and targeted vibration therapy) we can help children with special needs and mobility issues strengthen their movement, build confidence, and embrace independence.
At WINGS, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to move, grow, and participate more fully in everyday life. Through intensive rehabilitation, movement-based programmes, and collaborative care planning, we support children and young adults with diverse developmental and motor needs on their journey toward greater confidence and independence.
How Intensive Neurorehabilitation Supports Development
Movement is one of the foundations of childhood development.
At WINGS, our intensive movement-based programmes help children strengthen mobility, coordination, balance, posture, and confidence through carefully graded therapeutic activities tailored to their individual needs.
Unlike traditional rehabilitation models that may focus only on isolated exercises, our Intensive Model of Therapy (IMOT) combines repetition, neurodevelopmental principles, gait training, and functional movement practice to help children build meaningful real-world skills.
Progress may look different for every child.
For some, it may mean learning to roll, sit, crawl, or walk independently. For others, it may mean improving posture, endurance, playground participation, or confidence in everyday activities.
Through consistency, intensity, and the right support, children are given the opportunity to strengthen movement, build independence, and reach milestones once thought impossible.
Children participating in intensive movement-based intervention may experience:
- Improved motor development: Achieving milestones such as sitting, crawling, standing, walking, and eventually running with confidence.
- Better strength and balance: Improving posture, coordination, and stability while reducing the risk of falls and injuries.
- Increased independence: Gaining the confidence and motor skills to accomplish everyday tasks, from climbing stairs to playing with friends.
- Enhanced confidence: Embracing a positive outlook, good self-esteem and encouraging resilience through every new skill learned.
Our Intensive Model of Therapy combines consistency, innovation, and movement-based rehabilitation to help children work toward greater independence, mobility, and participation in everyday life.

Supporting Movement, Development & Independence At Every Age
At WINGS Therapy & Learning Center, we believe every stage of a child’s development deserves the right support. Our intensive and movement-based programmes are tailored to infants, children, teenagers, and young adults with neurological, developmental, and motor challenges.
Through early intervention, gait training, neurorehabilitation, and functional movement programmes, we aim to help every child build confidence, mobility, and independence.
Infant Development & Early Movement Support
Early development lays the foundation for everything that follows.
Through early movement intervention for babies, we aim to support infants in achieving essential milestones such as rolling, sitting, crawling, standing, and eventually walking freely and independently.
For little ones showing delays in early motor skills, premature babies and NICU graduates, targeted exercises can help strengthen their bodies and encourage steady progress.
Intensive Model Of Therapy & Functional Movement for Children
As children grow, movement becomes their gateway to learning, play, and independence.
Our early intervention programmes focus on hitting any delayed milestones, improving balance, posture, coordination, and confidence in everyday tasks like climbing stairs, running, or joining friends in play.
These sessions not only aim to build strength, but also encourage children to take part in school and social activities with greater ease.
Beyond this, we also plan rehabilitation programmes to help post-stroke survivors, post-cancer (in remission) patients and post-surgery patients to regain their strength, stamina and functional life skills.
Strength, mobility & independence for Teenagers
Adolescence brings new goals and responsibilities. Our WINGS Youth Center for teenagers is designed to help them refine strength, endurance, and functional mobility.
Whether the aim is to participate in sports, gain independence in daily routines, or prepare for adulthood, our structured and individualised programmes aim to ensure teenagers continue to progress and thrive.
From the first roll of a baby to a teenager’s step toward independence, WINGS delivers transformative rehabilitation with the intention to empower children and young adults.
Beyond this, we also plan rehabilitation programmes to help post-stroke survivors, post-cancer (in remission) patients and post-surgery patients to regain their strength, stamina and functional life skills.
The People Behind WINGS
At WINGS Therapy & Learning Center, our greatest strength is our people.

Judith Julia Justin
The founder of WINGS, Judith Julia Justin, began her journey after searching the world for movement-based therapies and intensive rehabilitation approaches for her son Jake. Her experience led to the creation of WINGS, with the goal of bringing intensive therapy models, movement-based programmes, and international rehabilitation approaches to families in Singapore. Her lived experience as a mother, combined with years immersed in the world of paediatric rehabilitation, helped shape WINGS into a centre focused on intensive, movement-based support for children with complex needs.

Jake Kristian Knight
The heart and inspiration behind WINGS and his mother's travels, Jake led the introduction of NeuroSuit in Singapore in 2009 and Cuevas Medek Exercises in 2012 by hosting seminars and intensives for local therapists and parents to attend, and share how incredible these therapies had been for him personally, with the goal of spreading awareness locally of what was out there for kids like him with severe and profound, rare conditions. His resilience and determination continue to drive our mentality at WINGS forward, reminding every family that with perseverance, progress is always possible.
